Adult Big Wheel Race

The 2023 MainX24 Adult Big Wheel Race is back and is scheduled for Saturday December 2nd, 2023 in front of Architectural Surfaces at 405 E Main St. The race will take place immediately following the MainX24 parade (team check-in between 11:30 and Noon).

This is an adult, co-ed, relay style race on drift trikes (adult sized big wheels with hard, plastic, slick, rear wheels), and involves a maximum of twenty-four (24) teams of four (4), racing in heats of three (3), around a defined course. Double elimination format. The race is full of twists, turns, wipe-outs, and is equally exciting for both race participants and spectators. Online team registration via Eventbrite.

There are only 24 team slots available (total of 96 racers) and registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Email stingle@soundcorps.org with any questions or if you need additional information.

The race funds support SoundCorps, a 501c3 nonprofit initiative dedicated to supporting Chattanooga musicians with the aim of making Chattanooga one of America’s great music cities.
