The EPB Southside Parade begins at the corner of Rossville Ave, and Jefferson Street, and extends down Jefferson to Main Street where it heads west and ends at the corner Williams Street and Main. This eclectic parade includes as some of its participants: the Howard High School Band, the Chattanooga Ducks, the Normal Park School Band, the ART 120 Art Bikes, the Chattanooga Roller Girls, the Chattanooga Double Decker Bus, Chattanooga pedicabs and the Rock City Birdhouse pick up, plus plenty of dignitaries in vintage cars. And of course, our biggest dignitary Santa!
